If you are well exposed to the ServiceNow platform and equipped enough to manage/managing ServiceNow platform administration for at least 6 months, then you can start with the Security Incident Response Fundamentals followed by the Implementation Specialist track - CIS - Security Incident Response. Good luck !

Great advice @PaulSylo. Just a minor correction: the course is called Security Operations Fundamentals, and it's a pre-requisite for the two SecOps-related CIS paths: Security Incident Response (as you mentioned) and Vulnerability Response.

Not sure but ServiceNow provides a full-length training courses on SecOps.
