New to Servicenow

I am not sure if i can use this community forum for asking this question but will appreciate if i someone can answer this.

I am a QA/Manual Test Analyst with 16 years of experience and trying to switch careers. I am looking at taking the ServiceNow admin course and then the certification exam. 

Now, is it possible with 0 years of ServiceNow experience with a certification to end up with a job. How should i approach this? 

Any suggestions are welcome.

ServiceNow - Now Learning

and once you get confidence then go for certs

• What certifications (and prereq certifications) are required?
• Atul: Need to complete the trainings as suggested above.
• What is the timeline to gaining all certifications assuming I can put 8 hours in per day?
• Atul: Good to go with 8 hrs, minimum 3-5 months is required to go for 1st cert.
• What costs are associated?  
• Atul: every journey has different cost but it will be around $600 plus.
