Training Admin - Viewing Employee Assignments

As a Learning Credit Manager and Training Admin within our ServiceNow Learning Portal, I can't seem to find a way to view learning assignments and progress by employee.

 

I would like to be able to look up an employee of our organization (who I know has been assigned courses and completed some of them) and see their complete and incomplete assignments.  There has to be a way, but it eludes me.
