Next Experience, Navigation, and Access ​Task

I'm trying to validate the task.  Error message: the validation has run into an error, please check that the instance is running and that you set up the task exactly as instructed. 
Instance is Running, I followed all the steps, Impersonated the Platform User, Pinned the All menu, Navigate to Self-Service Knowledge, Explored the homepage, and Favorite the knowledge module.
Please see screen captures and advise.

We can try ending the impersonation once, then impersonate the Platform User again, and retry step 4 (adding the Knowledge module to Favorites). Sometimes this helps in validating the task successfully. If not, you can try terminating the lab instance and requesting a new one, which often resolves the validation issue.

I have terminated the instance and requested a new one. I still have the same problem. Is there any other troubleshooting steps to take?

did that and still didn't work. i thought you are going to simplify everything and make it easy !

the solution to the error is to search for "Platform User" when looking to impersonate a user. 

Thanks !!! it was just a simple search, I tried three times and failed , I didn't know what I was doing wrong, until I read your solution.
