No response from servicenow support team

I have raised a case for my CSA voucher details. I am unable to use the voucher got after completing the fundamental on demand training. The validity will end if there won't be any respond in next 2 days. The support team is not responding, is there any other way to reach out them?

I follow this practice, asking for updates on incidents every 2 hrs, or 3 hrs. this keep your incident on top.

@vanchha sahu hi buddy, I have been in the same scenario too and encountered this problem in last week , i contacted the servicenow team and i got a response from them they told me that its compulsory to claim the free voucher in the dedicated time window they have provided, like in our case that timeframe for getting free voucher was oct 22, if you missed that you are not gonna get it after that. So nothing changes whatever you post or write to them , you are not gonna have it like me.

ok, but this was nowhere mentioned when i enrolled the on demand course. Just given that till 31 august 2022 we can get a free voucher to give exam. Why they are giving a voucher if it is not valid?

The voucher will be valid for one year. I still believe If you have valid voucher, you can give CSA. You can keep trying if you get the solution from them you can give CSA before August 31st.
