No response from servicenow support team

I have raised a case for my CSA voucher details. I am unable to use the voucher got after completing the fundamental on demand training. The validity will end if there won't be any respond in next 2 days. The support team is not responding, is there any other way to reach out them?

Hi there,

 

So what kind of case did you raise? I would assume a Now Learning Case, though you are not really mentioning that. You are mentioning a Support team? That's not the right channel.

 

Anyway, when raising cases through Now Learning, it is known that sometimes you do get very quick follow-up and sometimes... your waiting even over a month! I've experienced both scenarios multiple times myself. Unfortunately, this is not something new or lately, this is already since the start of Now Learning a few years ago.

 

About the validity will end... Now Support can solve that for you. That should not be an issue. Though I do also wonder, why are you even pushing it that late 🙂

Hi everyone 👋

 

I’ve completed both the CSA and CAD learning paths under the RiseUp with ServiceNow initiative, which mentions that learners are eligible for 100% free certification vouchers.

 

However, in my Webassessor account, I still see the "Pay and Begin" option instead of getting the free voucher applied.

 

I already submitted a support case, but the response said promo code is only for discount, which is confusing since this program is supposed to offer free vouchers.

 

Could anyone from the support team or someone who has faced this before help guide me on how to resolve this and receive the vouchers?

No, only the training is free of cost—not the voucher. You’ll need to pay for the voucher yourself.
