Not able to get Certified System Administrator Voucher

I took the fundamental on-demand course and completed the course. After completion, I received my voucher. When I click on the claim, it directs me to the claim my voucher page, but it only allows me to purchase it. Can you please help me with it?

If you can't claim your voucher even though you have completed the requirements for the voucher, then you need to created a case for the ServiceNow learning team through nowlaerning.com.

There can be reasons like

- Module still pending not 100% done.

- complete the pre requisite like - web assessor linking

- Pre exam training ( part of CSA training)

- Wait 24 hrs to get link Web assessor with Now Learning.

- Raise case to Support.

Another possibility of what @Dr Atul G- LNG is not mentioned is,

Suppose if your account is not tagged with any organization for example & if its your personal, then you will not get the CSA voucher for free.

Ideally you may be getting 300 Learning Credits / 300 USD, Am I correct?

Last year ServiceNow launched a programme where they gave free vouchers to everyone who was completing the training, but that was revoked last year itself. Now free vouchers are for the Partner organizatons for CSA & CAD exams & 50% discount for other CIS exams.

Please let me know if you face any other issue. Please raise a case to Support to get more clarity if my perception is wrong here.
