Hi @Nandini Gupta,
there's been switch between exam platforms from Webassessor to Pearson VUE, taking effects from 18th November.
With this transition there are no vouchers anymore, you can learn more here:

So this is the reason why you don't see the My voucher tab, because it's no longer a thing. If you had a voucher and you want to purchase it, go to My exams instead.

That is expected behavior now. As per the latest exam vendor migration, SN has removed the concept of vouchers. This means that once you complete the training, you can book the exam through SN University directly without adding a voucher. You can log in and you will see the exam tab
