Not able to view voucher code after getting eligibility badge for CAD exam voucher

I have completed the On demand training for CAD, received the badge/eligibility for exam voucher. But still asking for payment while registering for exam. I haven't received the voucher code. I had received the voucher code earlier for CSA.

As per the latest update, the exam voucher concept is no longer valid, which means you will need to pay the exam fee directly.

However, if you are working with a ServiceNow partner company, it's worth checking with your organisation or learning team. They may have access to learning credits, special campaigns, or partner benefits that provide free exam attempts or discounted exam fees.

There is no voucher concept anymore.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes using credit card /learning credits, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.

Hi @KeerthanaKB,

What you have received is the App Development fundamentals completion badge. There is no voucher system in Now Learning anymore. You either pay and take exam or if you are working at a ServiceNow registered partner, then you can check with admin for Learning Credits.
