Not getting email from webassessor to verify in newer organisation

I am not receiving a verification email from the webassessor email to verify while adding it to my new organizations, the issue is there since last week.

 

It's been more than 7 days since I raised a support case but there is no response from ServiceNow in the last 7 days.

 

Can anyone let me know what seems to be the issue?

Hi Prashant,

If you are having issue with webassessor account then you need to contact kryterion team and not nowLearning.

> In the bottom right corner you have option for LiveChat with kryterion support team.

> They can help you with your issue.

What verification email are you not getting?

Is that for creating a new account in webassessor?
