Unable to update my Webassessor email id in the nowlearning

Did recently joined a new organization that is a ServiceNow partner. I am trying to update my Webassessor email id in the nowlearning portal. It shows that a verification email id has been sent to the Webassessor email but I have not received any. Tried the process multiple times and have not received any verification mail. Created case CS0228348 in the nowlearning before 7 days but no response from the team. Can someone guide me on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

I think because of high volume of cases it can take sometime.
Just a suggestion that if they don't respond try again after some time.

It's been 10 days since they didn't even pick up my case. There is no option, just to wait for unknown days to get a reply I know that. Just bringing notice to higher community members so that they see and get back ASAP.
