Not getting email from webassessor to verify in newer organisation

I am not receiving a verification email from the webassessor email to verify while adding it to my new organizations, the issue is there since last week.

 

It's been more than 7 days since I raised a support case but there is no response from ServiceNow in the last 7 days.

 

Can anyone let me know what seems to be the issue?

now learning not giving response from 10 days, kryterion is telling that is ServiceNow issue.

I think @SUMANTH DOSAPATI already mentioned the points.

Not very sure but you need to contact ServiceNow by raising a case and wait for their update. It usually takes longer time from ServiceNow to respond on the case depending on their work load.

Its been 2 weeks now, so thought to ask

Can you exactly tell what verification mail you are not getting? Is it for OTP to login?
