Now Learning Account Merging Issue

Morning all, looking for some help as I can't access the help centre since leaving my last company after I requested a merge of my Now Learning accounts!! 

I'm provided with the below image and error message "Authentication Failed" how can I fix this if I can't get into the help centre to raise a support ticket?

Any help would be much appreciated as i would like to continue on my learning path.

I am getting the same popup and  I can't access the my nowlearning account since I last week.

I created an Incident via support help but issue not resolved.

I have also not received of any notification for my case being registered through my personal email. Is there any way to escalate?
