The ServiceNow® Business Continuity Management (BCM) application gives your organization the capability to continue to deliver products and services at an acceptable level following a disruptive incident. In the Business Continuity Management (BCM) for Implementers course, attendees gain the skills for effective implementation of the Business Continuity Management application.
The course is designed for implementation specialists responsible for the set-up and configuration of the Business Continuity Management application. Attendees will build on existing knowledge and develop relevant skills by applying implementation best practices. You will learn how to navigate the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management application and describe the BCM process, including its goals, objectives, components, and KPIs. Learn and define the key terminology and personas in the BCM industry. You will learn how to create customized templates for Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans and build a Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan, and Disaster Recovery Plan utilizing a customer's existing business continuity information. Finally, you will be able to configure reports and dashboards.
Once you’ve completed the course, test your knowledge with the Business Continuity Management Assessment Simulator, which is designed to assess your knowledge and expertise in implementing the BCM application. Successful completion of the simulator awards a Micro-Certification!
It is assumed you have a basic understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and experience implementing ServiceNow's Business Continuity Management application.
