We are very excited to launch the newly redesigned Risk curriculum in Q3, and part of this update includes our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Fundamentals training course, which was recently replaced with GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals. Over the last several years, we have watched and experienced the tremendous growth and evolution of our Risk products as well as listened to customers’ feedback regarding our classes. Based on this feedback to offer non-IT use cases, on demand versions of the course, and to reduce classroom time, we have redesigned the GRC Fundamental class. We cut “class time” in half as well as class fees and introduced a non-IT use case that follows the GRC process for a global travel company.

GRC is a company's strategy for managing corporate compliance and enterprise risk. ServiceNow GRC is a suite of applications within the ServiceNow platform that provides timely, comprehensive, and continuous information for auditing, reporting, and risk and compliance purposes. By using the GRC suite, GRC professionals create a scalable integrated risk management (IRM) program to meet their organization's internal and regulatory requirements. Through continuous monitoring and automation, the GRC applications deliver a real-time view of compliance and risk, improve decision making, and increase performance across your organization and with vendors.

GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, an all-new On Demand course that replaces Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Fundamentals, is a 7-hour intermediate-level course that teaches you about the primary features and roles included in ServiceNow's GRC suite of applications (GRC: Policy and Compliance, GRC: Regulatory Change Management, GRC: Risk Management, GRC: Advanced Risk, and GRC: Advanced Audit).

GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals is the first step in achieving your CIS-Risk and Compliance certification and is a prerequisite to attending GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation, our new risk and compliance implementation class that continues the GRC process from the fundamentals class and offers detailed opportunities to discover the risk framework in comprehensive details.
