hi all,
Could anybody help me how can I find [All] > [Lab Management]? Currently learning ServiceNow administration Fundamental but the curriculum which provided from this course gives me no solutions for this like which plugins I need to install, some of curriculum said you should be able to find an object by following this step [All] > [Lab Management] but it actually doesn't exist in PDI.

Hi @keimonden - just checking you are accessing a training instance that's been provided to you specifically for the course, rather than a regular PDI?
See the attached screenshot which shows an example of how you access the instance within Now Learning. These special instances are pre-loaded with the plugins you need for the course.

Hi @Simon Hendery, thank you for the reply! By following the SNAF curriculum, I am not using provided one such as your attached screenshot because very beginning of the curriculum said create PDI and work on the assignment on PDI.
I knew PDI doesn't have pre-loaded plugins or needs for the assignment so I'm looking for each necessary plugins.

Hi @keimonden - it's a long time since I took the SNAF course but I would be very surprised if the instructuions were to set up your own PDI.
Just about all other Now Learning courses use a special training instances. Also, it makes sense that a module called 'Lab Management' would only be available in an instance that's provided to complete training labs.
Hopefully someone else who has recently completed SNAF can confirm the situation. But I suggest you check again if you can access an instance within the course.

Hi @Simon Hendery , I took Now Learning course and completed ServiceNow administration Fundamental, and this SNAF is prepared at the last page. For double checking, I went back to the first page of SNAF and if my understanding is correct, it clearly said set up PDI and work and complete SNAF on PDI.
I am so appreciated your help thou š
