Now Lerning - Received voucher badge but not showing under "My Vouchers"

I completed the following On Demand courses and received the corresponding badge, however the voucher does not show up under the "My Voucher" section.
Discovery Fundamentals On Demand -> Eligibility for CIS - Discovery Voucher
Vulnerability Response (VR) Implementation On Demand (Tokyo) -> Eligibility for CIS - VR Voucher
I did complete the following and did receive the voucher as expected:
Security Incident Response Implementation On Demand (Tokyo) -> Eligibility for CIS - SIR Voucher
I submiited a case to Now Learning, but theres been no response in over a week.

You have done exactly as needed. Until you get a respond from the NowLearning support team, you can verified that your training is set as 100% completed. Even that you have got the "eligibility for a voucher", you still need to ensure this.

There is no number for the help desk number according to nowLearning. After you have created a case at NowLearning, you need to wait until you hear back through the NowLearning portal.

This happened with me as well today, is this a known issue.
