Now Lerning - Received voucher badge but not showing under "My Vouchers"

I completed the following On Demand courses and received the corresponding badge, however the voucher does not show up under the "My Voucher" section. 

Discovery Fundamentals On Demand -> Eligibility for CIS - Discovery Voucher

Vulnerability Response (VR) Implementation On Demand (Tokyo) -> Eligibility for CIS - VR Voucher

I did complete the following and did receive the voucher as expected:

Security Incident Response Implementation On Demand (Tokyo) -> Eligibility for CIS - SIR Voucher

I submiited a case to Now Learning, but theres been no response in over a week.

I met the same problem as you and opened the case, no reply.  VERY BAD. as I am planning CSA exam by next week. Anyone know there is a call number to get instant help?

I have the same issue I got the mail "Eligibility for CSA Voucher", and I raised acase on the Help center but no reply.
I wanted to take the test next week, but now I need to wait 3 weeks more. 😞

I also opened the case for similar issue where voucher was not received. There is no update on the case (CS0312763) for me yet, its been over 2 weeks.
