Number of Servicenow Certification Questions

I would like to know how many questions will be asked about the mainline certification exam of ServiceNow.

I know the number of questions for some certifications.

ex) csa - 60, cad - 60, cis - itsm - 60

For example,
How many questions are there for other mainline certificatation such as ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM?

You can refer to the certification blueprint document for each of those certifications as that will tell you how many questions are on each exam, as well as the categories you'll be tested on. Hi @BoHyun Jung

For CIS exam, there is blue print availably with training course. This blue print will help you to know number of questions from each section and total number of questions. The mainline exam has set of 60 questions and Micro has 10-15 depend on course.
