On-Demand Training

If I choose to do the on-demand training, can I still ask ServiceNow for support/help or am I pretty much on my own? I know with the instructor led classes you can ask for assistance and get answers. I haven't taken one from ServiceNow so was just curious on how the on-demand ones work.

On-demand is something, pre recorded or self paced training, There is no support available as far as I know. BUt I did few on-demand trainings and those are good and all stuff is clear .. rest it is platform more you dive more you learn.

@Austin27 As stated by others, you are mostly on your own in case of the on demand courses. However, you can still raise a case to get support on the courses you enrolled for. You can get support on the following topics.

1. Fix course/path completion

2. Lab instance extension

3. Restarting the lab instance.
