On-Demand Training

If I choose to do the on-demand training, can I still ask ServiceNow for support/help or am I pretty much on my own? I know with the instructor led classes you can ask for assistance and get answers. I haven't taken one from ServiceNow so was just curious on how the on-demand ones work.

On-demand is something, pre recorded or self paced training, There is no support available as far as I know. BUt I did few on-demand trainings and those are good and all stuff is clear .. rest it is platform more you dive more you learn.
