Order Management Fundamentals (Washington) course - User not Found in Lab instance

Dear Community,

While attempting Lab 1 in the  Order Management Fundamentals (Washington) course, the user (James Smithson) to impersonate is not found. There is a user James Smith but is user is not configured with the required Workspace CSM/FSM.

Appreciate any advise.

Hi @BanL ,

I am also facing this issue , for this you need to create a case in ServiceNow university.

Follow the steps to create a case:

  1. Log in to your Now Learning account.
  2. Navigate to the Help Center (usually found in the header of university).
  3. Select the option to Create a Case.
  4. Choose the category as "Ondemand Courses / Training"
  5. Choose the sub-category as "Simulator lab inquiries"
  6. In the case description, explain that in Lab 1 of the "Order Management Fundamentals (Washington)" course, the required user "James Smithson" is missing from your provisioned instance. Mention that a user "James Smith" exists but lacks the necessary CSM/FSM configurations.
  7. submit the case.
  8. ServiceNow will look into that for you..
