I’m thrilled to share that I have officially passed the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam! This journey was a true test of consistency and determination, and I wanted to share a quick look at how I prepared, along with a big thank you to this amazing community.
Community & Documentation: Whenever I hit a roadblock, the ServiceNow Community forums and official product documentation were my go-to resources for clear, practical answers.
For practice tests, I spent a good amount of time using [CERTSTOPIC]. The questions were well structured and quite similar in style to what I saw on the actual exam. They helped me check my understanding and identify areas where I needed more review.
Don't just memorize practice: The exam tests your ability to navigate and understand platform behavior, not just definitions. Focus on core topics: Pay close attention to User Interface & Navigation, Collaboration, Database Administration, and Data Migration/Automation. Pacing is key: Take your time reading each scenario carefully during the exam.
What's Next? Earning the CSA credential is just the beginning. I'm excited to continue expanding my knowledge, diving deeper into Application Development, and contributing back to this community that helped me along the way.
