Passing the CSA exam!

Without a doubt, the CSA exam was one of the toughest I’ve tackled so far! Having completed several certifications before, this one truly raised the bar. The exam was heavily focused on core topics like ServiceNow's architecture, ITSM processes, and configuration management, along with advanced modules like Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and security roles. I wasn’t entirely confident I’d ace it, but after weeks of focused preparation and countless practice sessions, I’m thrilled to share that I passed with an impressive 86%!

For those preparing, I highly recommend the practice tests they were absolutely spot-on and helped me nail the exam with confidence!

Congrats on your amazing 86% in the CSA exam! That’s a huge achievement. How did you prepare for Flow Designer and Integration Hub? Also, were the practice tests very similar to the actual exam? Would love to hear your insights!

Hi @cristinam77

That's a good question and the answer is: this is a fake post.

As you correctly noted, ServiceNow doesn't discloses percentage-specific pass results to successful exam candidates.

From time to time, spammers publish posts here that are a variation of "I passed the exam with X% and you can too if you click on the attached fake link."

In this case, I see that after making the initial post "Jack Mathews" has followed up with a reply congratulating himself on his success. That's always a clue that a post is spam: the spammer forgot to switch to one of his other fake accounts before posting the reply. What a dummy! 😆
