Payment Issue

Hi All,

 

From last 15 days, I am trying to make a payment for one of my Team Member using Company Card.

 

1st time we tried payment gone through, and waited for 2 hours, 6 hrs, 24 hrs, 3 days nothing happen. When checked bank they told merchant(servicenow) has returned the payment.

 

2nd time we tried payment didn't go through

 

3rd time we tried payment gone through, again waiting 3 days nothing happen.

 

4th time today we tried again payment is not going through.

 

We two company cards one from mastercard other from visa but on both same issue. 

 

Both the card companies told us that the Issue is with Merchant(ServiceNow) either they are not using standard payment authentication method or something else. 

 

Team Member opened a support case after 1st attempt, she only got response after 24hrs that also just acknowledgement. 

 

We are not expecting this kind of service from ServiceNow. There is no option for us to even change the severity.

 

Any help from anyone to solve this issue is much appreciated.

I am having the same issue now, tried with several cards, none of them are working

I have someone looking into this Franco. Stay tuned

We're not seeing any systematic issues with our payment processing. Unfortunately, all I can recommend is that if you're still having an issue open a case with Now Learning support and they can try to dig deeper than I can.
