There is no define timelines regarding this, as pdi doesn't cone with support so we can only wait. You can do one thing try to take a lower version and you might get pdi early in this case.

There is no reliable information on this, as the entire PDI management is fully automated. You can only check from time to time to see if a new PDI instance is available.

When making a request, ask for the Washington or the latest version, not Yokohama.
