Why Debit Card or Other UPI Transactions is not available while purchasing voucher for certification

Today I have tried to purchase a CSA Voucher but i don't have any credit card. But i do have other options to make payment like UPI ID or Debit Card. But why servicenow only has Credit Card Payment and why it is not supporting Other. Any valid response

Tough to say why, but as of now only credit cars payments accepted by SN.
