Dear ServiceNow University Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course and, based on the eligibility criteria, I understand that I should receive a voucher for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.

However, I have not yet received any voucher or further communication regarding the exam. I kindly request you to check and confirm whether I am eligible and advise on the next steps to obtain the voucher.

Once you complete the training, you'll gain access to the feature.
If it still doesn’t appear, please log a new Learning case and the team will assist you further.

I’ve followed the instructions provided, but I still haven’t received the Certified System Administrator exam voucher.
I completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course and believe I meet the eligibility criteria.
