Please help for account merge and certification records are lost.

I am sending the email as apparently my case is bouncing like a ping pong ball. Long story short I wanted to merge my personal email <<>> where all my certifications have been done so far. Unfortunately I mistyped the merge address something else but should have been tim.bose@nutrien.com
In the meantime my <<>> is completely locked and I am not able to correct it by doing the merge again.
Meanwhile the certification record has not been transferred to <<>>.
Are all my certification records lost? I have to pass my delta exam very soon and I am running out of time. Please advise.

Hi there,
Understand your feeling. I also tried to move certs, now learning achievements, etcetera in the past. When I started on ServiceNow, I just registered with my work email (very dumb! never do so is the learning...). Trying to have this changed when I was switching jobs... it took me more than a year to get this done. Now Learning Support could not get it done, could not understand it, could net get the right other departments involved. I just started creating a case every month... any finally, someone understood it! Although not everything was merged, though at least the certs which were most important.
