The best method appears to be adding directly through the LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn doesn't validate with ServiceNow that the certification exists.

Here is the solution -
Once you have completed a badge or a certificate - go to manage profile
Then click on the public view on the left- then click on the share icon on the main profile as seen in the screenshot attached
Then copy the given URL - and paste in likeding for the credential ID - ( can also check in incognito - works perfectly)

The option to share a badge on LinkedIn, is not available since the new release on Jan 17th 2022.
Is there a certain way i need to access the share option or is this function no longer available?

Still no official way to do so it seems...
What i did was upload my certificate PDF to google drive, share it via link and add the link as URL to LinkedIn.
Make sure the Google Drive (or which Cloud platform you like) Link is public.
At least now you have kind of proof of you achievement.

I added the URL: https://partnerportal.service-now.com/SearchCertificate.do , anyone will need to type your full name or email address in to figure out what valid certs you have.
