Potential Content Mismatch in ServiceNow University Training (ITSM Implementation)

Hey all,

I would like to raise a potential inconsistency between narration/voice/text and visuals in at least one ServiceNow University training module, and ask whether this is a known issue.

Example:
In the IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation On Demand (Xanadu) training, the voice and on-screen text states:

"They can update catalog tasks and approve requests."

Based on the surrounding context, "they" appears to refer to the roles catalog_admin and catalog_manager.

However, this statement does not align with the accompanying graphic, which shows a different role-to-capability mapping. This creates ambiguity about which roles actually have these permissions and may lead to incorrect assumptions for learners during tests.

I wanted to flag this as a constructive observation, as the overall quality of the training is high, but small inconsistencies like this can be misleading for learners.

Could be an AI related quality issue. I can't find a feedback button in this university content, so I'm posting it here.

Did you log a case under Help for SN learning team also you can refer to Best practice site where you get workshop decks which provides more clarity about role.
