Preparing for ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Exam?

I took the 3 day training for ServiceNow System Admin and am preparing for the exam now that I have a voucher.  Just reaching out to the community to see who else is in a similar situation as me.  Any processes people are taking to study?  I've been going through the entire course again in Vital Bookshelf, but not going as far as reading exam questions on 3rd party sites. They just don't seem to be very accurate, so I'm focusing on using official ServiceNow material only.  Probably have studied for about 3-4 hours.  How about you?

Hi,

I'd say you are approaching this in the appropriate way. As easy as it is to refer to third party sites and quizlets, I can assure you that I've seen numerous incorrect answers marked as correct which misleads people and can cause you to fail (not to mention you also aren't learning the material from a core perspective, but more so memorization).

With that said, for CSA, it's more about understanding the terminology that ServiceNow uses. I'd recommend reviewing the Certified System Administrator Blueprint: https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow/other-documents/training/servicenow-sys-admin-exam... which also contains a few sample questions in the format that they'd be on the actual exam.

You will not be told your grade once you take the exam. You will not be told what you got right or wrong. You'll simply be told Pass or Fail. Approximately 60 questions in length.

Additional Recommended Experience
• Industry experience with database concepts and system management.
• System administrator role and/or access to ServiceNow administrative applications and modules.
• Some knowledge of IT Help Desk processes and the incident, problem, and change workflows is also helpful.
• Three (3) to six (6) months experience using and/or maintaining a ServiceNow instance

May I know how much we need to pay for 3 day training for ServiceNow Fundamentals? Also, I see Now Assist Online Training (Self paced) course which no need any payment? 

I'm trying to do certification as well, but don't want where to start this. 

Note: I have already completed the Servicenow Developer Certification where I have to take Instructor Led Training class inorder get the voucher.
