Sorry, should have been a bit more specific. Prior learning, for example, in project management (Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc.), leadership? I asked, because based on the learning  content in Technical Project Manager, most of which I am familiar with due to having completed topics.

Practically I will say if you know these concepts Agile, Prince2 , and Scrum that will be better, I don't think need a dedicated certs for this before TPM.
