Voucher expiry extension

Hi Team,

This is an emergency case for me. I have a voucher for CIS-FSM but the voucher says it will expire on 10th Feb 2023. It shows the message "You have selected a date beyond the voucher expiration date. You must schedule the exam on or before the voucher expiration date." while booking the exam beyond 10th Feb.

Due to some uncertain situation, is there any possibility of extending the voucher expiry?

Log a case to SN via Now Learning and provide your evidence of emergency to request tp extend voucher.

2nd not a good way , scheduled exam and reschedule it to other day but not sure will it allow after 10th Feb or not.

You can reschedule 3 times , before 72 hours of exam.

As I see it, the only solution is to create a case through NowLearning and ask for possibility of an extension. I'm though unsure if they actually will allow you to extend it.
