problem accessing training (SSO loop)

I'm just trying to log in to Now Learning to finish taking my course, but I'm stuck in a loop that has something to do with single sign-on.  I never saw this before, but the browser is going back and forth rapidly between two URLs:

https://signon.service-now.com/x_snc_sso_auth.do?pageId=login

https://ssosignon.servicenow.com/app/servicenow_ud/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/sso/saml

(I inserted the xxxxxxxx over an alphanumeric string because I wasn't sure if it contained PII)

Has anybody else experienced this? Is there a solution?

Try clearing the cache or try with incognito mode.
