So, I just started the associate portion of the System Admin part of ServiceNow and I was just wondering if doing this actually gets you, guarantees you a job with them, etc? Just wondering

No, completing the Associate section of the System Administrator Career Journey learning path on Now Learning will absolutely in no way come anywhere close to guaranteeing you a job, with ServiceNow or any organisation.
The absolute minimum certification requirement a jobseeker requires if they are looking to be seriously considered for a role related to ServiceNow is Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Completing the Associate Admin Career Journey path you're referring to includes taking the courses you need to complete before sitting the CSA exam. But after that, you still need to sit and pass the exam to complete your CSA.

Hi,
Certification will help you in shortlisting your profile but it can't guarantee job. Getting a job depends on your interview. If you will get proper knowledge and practice a lot on your PDI and you will prepare well for interview then only you will get a job.

Hi @DestinJ ,
No, off course there will not be a guarantee for a job based on some online training.
