Currently there is no free cert (mainline) available. If you want to learn the basic you can follow my channel as well. but if you talk about Now learning its paid. Few Micro certs might be free.

Hi Madan,

 

The best way is to get trained through any working professional. Other ways are developer site >> Learn module. few On demand trainings like- Welcome to ServiceNow etc. on demand course. There are Multiple Youtube channels like - Learn&Grow, Basico ServiceNow, SAASwithServiceNow etc so these can be a good starting point.
