Question regarding Final Review Stage & Next Steps for RiseUp with ServiceNow Program

Hi everyone,

I recently received an email stating that my application for the RiseUp with ServiceNow Program has moved forward to the final review stage.

I’ve completed all the prerequisites, and I’m very excited about the possibility of joining an upcoming cohort. While the email mentioned that the team will review my application and (if selected) I will receive an offer letter, I was hoping to get some "real-world" insight from those who have been through the process:

Timeline: Roughly how long does the "final review" usually take before a decision is reached?

The Survey: For those who were selected, what does the mandatory survey entail? Is it just a formal acceptance, or are there additional requirements?

Preparation: Is there anything I should be doing or brushing up on while I wait for the update?

Any advice or experiences you could share would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @YUVARAJ07 ,

The evaluation time depends on the team and you are usually offered a seat weeks before the cohort starts.  Give or take a few weeks or less than.  
On the survey, I am not sure what you really mean but it’s important to have completed the Welcome to ServiceNow Course and Microcert.

While you wait for your offer letter, you should explore the ServiceNow University courses especially the ServiceNow Admin fundamental course.
