Re-attempt of ServiceNow CSA exam

I had written ServiceNow CSA exam last week and failed in first attempt. I had ServiceNow voucher with me. Would that be possible to re-attempt the exam with the same voucher? Or do i need pay some extra amount? Help with me experts.

No, I have completed the course and got the voucher.

I had to pay 300 for the course then i paid another $300 for the voucher

Hello,

As has been mentioned. The voucher is for the first attempt. Once you've used the voucher, it's been used. There isn't a second attempt on the same voucher, etc. You'd have to pay at that point for the re-take.

I think the cost to retake CSA exam is 150 USD plus Tax. And yes, the voucher can be used only once.

Quick question, How long do we have to wait to schedule retake CSA exam? lets say I failed first attempt today can I schedule immediately for tomorrow? I'm familiar with fees not timings. Please advise
