Recommendation for Getting Started with SNOW (without administrative privileges)

Greetings,

I'm looking for on-demand training for basic user (without administrative access), looking to create reports, dashboards, and utilize ServiceNow features effectively (create better incidents, features, etc). Could someone please recommend a high-rated on-demand videos/training? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Please go through Now learning On Demand course for ServiceNow Admin. Without having Admin role these are not possible so Get a PDI, Register on Now learning. Start your course and simultaneously practice on PDI.

Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and register yourself. After Registration on right hand side top you will find request Instance  button. Click on it and system will given you an instance. You can keep this instance for your practice, the only requirement is to login once at least in every 10 days to keep your instance alive. It is free, no cost associated. You will get more details here:-
