Hi @aruvataruni
The questions do not change much, so you can be confident if you have prepared using the Yokohama version. To stay up to date with the latest features and changes, you can review the Zurich release notes here:

If you have time , You can also refer to my article where I’ve shared my experience and preparation tips for the CSA exam:
Thanks and Regards,

Hi @aruvataruni
Nothing to worry about here. Based on my experience as a trainer in the ServiceNow ecosystem, whenever a new release is rolled out, only about 5–10 questions in the exam tend to change. Most of the content still comes from the official course materials.
The key is not worrying about the changes, but preparing thoroughly — and you’ll succeed.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Tips for the CSA Exam (Certified System Administrator)
CSA is the first and foundational exam in your ServiceNow journey. Here are some tips to help you prepare effectively:
-
Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.
-
Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.
-
Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.
-
Consider supplementary courses – Some candidates have found Udemy courses helpful for additional practice and clarity.
-
Watch my experience video – I’ve shared my own preparation journey and tips here:
