regarding merging of accounts

i had completed my CSA certification with one web assessor account 

and CAD with another web assessor account , even though after merging my servicenow ids i didn't get my both certifications into one account , i created a case also to merge my web assessor account but it didn't resolved

Hi Dharmesh,

This is a common issue when certifications are completed under different Webassessor accounts. Even after merging your ServiceNow Community / Now Learning accounts, the certifications may not automatically sync if the Webassessor IDs are separate.

👉 The correct step is to raise a ticket directly with the ServiceNow Certification & Training Support team (not only Webassessor). They will manually merge your records and ensure both CSA and CAD appear under the same profile.

Make sure you include both Webassessor account IDs and your merged ServiceNow ID when you submit the request.
