CIS-DF exam on personal ID — can I merge to org ID after passing?

Hi Community! 👋

Quick question — has anyone taken the free
CIS-DF exam using their personal email ID
and then merged it to their org ID where
their other certifications are linked?

Would like to know:
1. Did the certification transfer successfully
after the merge?
2. Any impact on existing certifications
on the org ID?
3. Anything to watch out for before starting?

Any advice is appreciated 🙏

Hi @kiranvataka ,

Below are the options by which you can merge the accounts , so that your certification will be accissible from your Org ID account.

Option 1:   (I recommend this)

you can  log a case for support and they will merge your account within 1-2 days.

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home

Option 2:  There are KB article available where by those instructions , you can merge your account without any support.

KB0010208 Merging my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges to new email

The merge does not work on a certification-by-certification basis. It works at the account level, meaning it is all or nothing.

This means that all your certifications will be transferred to the target Org ID (or vice versa). For example, if you completed the DF certification on your personal ID and are now moving to an Org ID, all your other certifications and learning records associated with that account will also be merged into the new ID.
