Related to Cad payment I paid it but not reflecting

Today I paid the fees for CAD certification I received a invoice in my mail and when I try to schedule the exam it is again asking to register. And the payment pending is still showing in the register window

I am also facing similar issue for CSA exam since 22 July 2026 and I had raised 2 tickets with help center but no response yet. Let me know if your issue is resolved.

Yes the issue is resolved but not through the help centre.I also raised my cases but no reply. Please check if you have any issues with your card since I did not enabled the international transaction the payment was not reflected Or try using different cad it will work

My case number is CS0633219.  I had checked earlier with my Credit Card company and they have told me that there is no issue from them.  ServiceNow PADDLE.NET* need to accept transaction.   I am still facing the issue.
