I recently completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course and, based on the eligibility criteria, I understand that I should receive a voucher for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.

However, I have not yet received any voucher or further communication regarding the exam. I kindly request you to check and confirm whether I am eligible and advise on the next steps to obtain the voucher.

Have you checked under My Learning and the Vouchers link above your name? Checking your account it looks it should be present there.

Hi Jim, I have received the Eligibility for CSA Voucher badge. However, when I try to access the Certified System Administrator Voucher content, it still asks me to pay 300 USD or use 300 learning credits. It looks like the voucher is not yet linked to my account. Could you please help resolve this or guide me to the correct team? Thank you.

You earn a voucher, however there is a cost to redeem the voucher. Vouchers are not free, to take the exam you have to pay the fee listed.
