Request for Clarification on Certification Invalidation

Dear ServiceNow Certification Team,

I recently received an email stating that one or more of my ServiceNow certifications have been invalidated due to an internal audit. I take great pride in my certifications and have always followed the guidelines and integrity standards set by ServiceNow while preparing for and taking my exams.

I would appreciate any clarification regarding the specific reason for this invalidation. I am confident that I adhered to all exam policies and only used ServiceNow-sanctioned study materials. If there has been any misunderstanding or discrepancy, I would like the opportunity to address it.

Additionally, I would like to know the steps I can take to appeal this decision or regain my certification without any misunderstanding in the future.

Unfortunately, there isn't a formal appeal process. You can log a case with the Now Learning support team and see if they can assist, but the community won’t be able to help in this case. I understand this is frustrating, but reaching out to the support team is your best option.
