Request to change my name in webassessor and reschedule my Exam

I scheduled an exam, but a few hours later I realized I entered my name incorrectly.

• Name I provided: Jason Santo Leon

• Name on my Government ID: Jason Santo Leon J

I forgot to include my initial in my Webassessor account. I still have 6 days before the exam, and I understand that rescheduling or canceling must be done at least 48 hours in advance.

Here’s what I have tried so far:

1. I attempted to contact both Webassessor and Kryterion via email, but it seems they have shifted to chatbots instead of direct contact emails.

2. When I contacted the Kryterion bot, it said that if the First Name or Last Name fields are locked, I need to reach out to the exam sponsor, which in this case is ServiceNow.

3. ServiceNow now uses a Help Center for customer support. I created a case under Credential and Webassessor, but it has been 4 hours and I haven’t received a reply yet.

Can anyone guide me on what to do next?

Log back in to Webassessor, and you can recheck the exam status yourself.
Once that's done, you can either:

• Contact Webassessor support via chat, or

• Go to your profile and make changes directly if the platform allows it.

Unfortunately my earlier response was removed for providing Kryterion link to change username.

You followed the right path of creating support case with Help Center and they should revert before end of day and help to update the name in the system.
