Request to change my name in webassessor and reschedule my Exam

Hello ,

I had scheduled for CSA exam and when i reached the center they didnot allow me for the exam as there was a mismatch in my name.In webassessor account my middle name became first name and hence there is a mismatch between the webassessor account and the the name which i have in my ID proof..When i tried to update my name in webassessor  its not allowing me as its disabled.

Now when i am trying to reschedule the exam in webassessor ,it is asking to pay some amount.

Could you please help me understand the next steps.

is it possible like i have registered a support case for this under category credentials and subcategory as webassesor but i was not able to give my exam on the given time can they change my account details on webassesor and reschedule my exam on the same voucher is it possible because this is most disgusting way to loose voucher and not even give my exam please help

I accidentally scheduled my CSA exam while checking if my voucher was valid. Realizing the mistake, I contacted the Kryterion Help Center before the exam started, and they advised me to reach out to the ServiceNow Now Learning Help Center. I created a case and also emailed certification@servicenow.com, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Now that the exam time has already passed, I’m seeking help to cancel the exam without incurring the $59 cancellation/rescheduling fee, which I cannot afford.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Will ServiceNow be able to resolve this? I’d appreciate any guidance or support on how to proceed.

Once the exam date is over it is considered as attempt, now you need to rebook and pay the amount.

stuck in similar situation i have 7 days to write the exam now i posted a case on service now if they response and change my name within 3 days it will be good
