Request to change my name in webassessor and reschedule my Exam

Hello ,

I had scheduled for CSA exam and when i reached the center they didnot allow me for the exam as there was a mismatch in my name.In webassessor account my middle name became first name and hence there is a mismatch between the webassessor account and the the name which i have in my ID proof..When i tried to update my name in webassessor  its not allowing me as its disabled.

Now when i am trying to reschedule the exam in webassessor ,it is asking to pay some amount.

Could you please help me understand the next steps.

hey i have the same issue,The exam is exactly after 6 days so before that am i able to change the name the change is only a initial J ,i failed to notice it and it be really a shame i prepared a lot for this exam
