Retake CSA mainline exam card is not getting into "My Exam" in snow

I want to register for retake exam -CSA mainline ,my first attempt was on 16th Nov 25
after 3 days of waiting period I am not getting any option to retake

Hi @snehalwadde,

 

there was the exam platform transition. From Webassessor (legacy) to Pearson VUE (new).

 

And this transition was complete on 17th November. Your exam was on 16th so it was during this period. After 17th Nov the legacy platform isn't supported by ServiceNow anymore.

But my experience was to register directly with the new platform not having anything from the past. 

 

Try to check the My Exams:

And if it is not possible to do it from there, then go to the Help Centre and raise a case for SN University Team to assist you.

I passed my certification with Passexam-4-sure not long ago, and honestly, content like this helped me stay on the right track. Very informative and nicely presented.

From 18th November, the exam vendor has changed, so you’ll need to book it using the new process:

What is a retake scenario?
  • Retake: Applies when a user fails, misses, or no-shows an exam and wants to attempt it again. 
What if I’m registering for a retake with a waiting period period? 

In this case, the 90-day scheduling window begins after the waiting period period ends. 

Example: If you register for a retake on December 1 with a 10-day waiting period, your scheduling window will run from December 11 to March 11. 
 Can I retake exams? 

Yes, you can retake mainline exams such as CSA, CAD, CPOA, and CIS as many times as needed. A retake fee is required for each attempt. 

The retake fee is $150 for the CSA, CAD, & CPOA exams, and $225 for all CIS exams.

There is a 3-day waiting period between the first and second attempt, 30 days between the second and third. All subsequent attempts require a 6-month waiting period.

I'm having a similar experience and I've raised a case with ServiceNow, still waiting for an update after a week. Far from seamless.
